David Felix is currently a senior at Johnson & Wales University (JWU). He is currently obtaining his Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel & Lodging Management. David currently lives in North Attleboro, Massachusetts, which is a suburb of Boston and an hour southeast of Boston proper. He recently graduated from Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI) with honors under the program of “Travel Tourism/Hospitality” in 2014. While he was enrolled as a student at CCRI, David Felix applied to many scholarships to help him to become successful. Dave then was awarded with a total of eight different scholarships. David Felix has also served in the armed forces, Navy, as an Aviation Storekeeper for four years with an honorable discharge. After his Naval career, David entered the civilian job force starting with the hospitality industry and, taking those skills, he chose to go into the Call Center environment, where he received most of his customer service experience. David’s most recent position of customer service representative was in a retail establishment. David enjoys his pets, a small dog and a cat. His hobbies include: hiking, biking, traveling and spending time with friends and family. David is a very dedicated, committed, well-rounded, tenacious and well-liked individual who isn’t afraid to take on any challenge head on as he has loads of perseverance and stick-to-it-ness and is a self -starter. David is looking forward to graduating from JWU with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Hotel and Lodging Management, so he can show the next employer that he has the “I can do attitude”.
